I believe this is one of the best cutters made selling at a reasonable price. I also am satisfied with my choice of buying a "reconditioned" model, same warranty as a new unit with additional savings.
I am living in another state for a couple of years, and have started a few projects here, however my tools remain elsewhere, so I bought the PC bisquit joiner. The only drawback is the dust collection, which clogs, just as my Dewat does, but I can live with it. My other one is a Dewalt, which I liked fine, but I think this one has serves my needs a little better. I can do angles and smaller bisquits when needed. Overall, a great tool. And when I return home, I will sell the Dewalt.
It may cost a little more, but well worth the price difference. I comes with 2 cutter heads, one for #0-#20 and one for FF (face frame).
I have made table tops, cabinets, and frames using the PC Plate joiner. A great tool.
The fence adjustments are easy and accurate because of the screw adjustment. I believe the fence is the best on the market.
The fence angles both directions so you can cut slots dead center in frames and box corners. The small one is very useful for joining the rails and stiles on face frame cabinets.
You can't go wrong with this one.
